- Transaction information for transactions using PGUIS™
When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

- Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
- Affiliates from using your information to market to you
- Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Definitions
Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. PGUIS™ affiliates include companies affiliated with PGUIS™ in their name and its subsidiaries.
Non-affiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. PGUIS™ does not share your personal information with non-affiliates for marketing purposes.
Joint marketing: A formal agreement between non-affiliated companies to jointly market products or services to you. PGUIS™ does not jointly market.
Other Important Information
California Residents: We only share your information with non-affiliates as permitted by California law.
Vermont Residents: We will not share information we collect about you with affiliated or non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted by Vermont law or authorized by you.
